The grit is carefully selected considered to the many different materials used on new vehicles. The grit is all natural consisting of the mineral Almandite known for its extreme hardness. The Garnet product is free from toxic heavy metals and silicosis.High quality
The grit’s edged and hard grain gives an even surface at 25-50 microns. The composition of the grain gives a high purification and it is well penetrated into rust and cavitation pits. The surface from the blasting corresponds to Sa 2,5, which is a Swedish standard that describes the structure of the surface and the purification.Working method
At new truck chassis that has been powder coated at factory we sweep blaster at bolted connections and at the surface both on the in- and outside without going through the painting. This method gives a full adhesion both at bolted connections and at the most hard blasted places where sanding is not possible.Working projects
